I cannot tell you how long I have wanted to find an owl. I was so excited when my husband and I stumbled upon this very regal creature. Come to find out he…or she is a regular inhabitant in a local area park. I just could not believe my eyes when we pulled into the parking lot and stepped out of the car and there he was. I’m not sure if it is a he…but I have already named him Oscar
